Our Instructors will make this class playful and fun for kids. In our yoga classes, we weave in fun games and stories with positive themes like compassion, gratitude, and strength.
Bring your child to learn physical postures that build confidence and strength as well as the mind-body connection!
Classes are 45 minutes long and twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
