The Kundalini Yoga is taught by Liza. Her signature style of teaching combines deep relaxation, energetic kundalini kriyas, and breathing techniques to help one to know oneself better through interaction with others.

The Kundalini Yoga class lasts 1hr 30 minutes with 5-10 minute meditation at the end.
